On November 21, 2025, Alpha Media Licensee, LLC, the licensee of radio stations KLLY(FM), 95.3 MHz, Oildale, CA; KKBB(FM), 99.3 MHz, Bakersfield, CA; KNZR(AM), 1560 kHz, Bakersfield, CA; and KNZR-FM, 97.7 MHz, Shafter, CA, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission to assign the station licenses to Frequency Broadcasting, Inc.
